Cardinal Home
My nose gear door started out ratty. It was dented, crack and was stopped drilled.
Sometime in August 2001 the tab on the collar assembly broke off. I manage to get my hands on a strut from a
77RG being parted out. I then took the opportunity to "fix" the crappy Cessna design by replacing the nose door nylon washer with a rod end. Door will don the zinc chromate green until I redo the cowling.
